[Nixon - I Hate Everything]

Legit beat

Pretty repetitive but the bass is tight and so are the drums. I know the trial version can be pretty frustrating when it comes to saving or wanting to go back to edit a track. So overall this is a nice track, but I'd have to hear more before I'd be willing to pay money for it.

Yea man I was worried about it being too repititious, I even thought about taking the sample out and just using a different instrument with it to give it more variety but after working on this project for like 5 hours straight I decided I'd just leave it as is haha. The FL Studio trial's a bitch man!

I'll try and play some guitar on the next track I release on NG so people can get how I play. I've been a guitarist for like 5 years so it's probably what you'd call my "strong suit" you know. When the mixtape comes out this track's going to have a whole new guitar part, and the shit I've been trying out sounds pretty good and puts less emphasis on the sample.

It's hard to simultaniously release a mixtape locally and online cuz I don't want to undercut myself by selling it too cheap through digital distribution, but then again people aren't as willing to pay for the mixtape online because they don't know who I am yet. I'm not really trying to make too much money off the online release as I am trying to get some recognition and shit you know. I don't really care how about getting payed for it I just don't want to offer it free one place but then charge everyone else $8 for a cd.

Very interesting time sigs at times, I really like the feel of this one.
If you would be interested, or wouldn't mind, could I possibly try to remix this, by which I mean I would chop it up and lay it to a beat, and produce some other stuff, all in the hopes of keeping that original feel? Get back at me soon.

I'll just say this.

I'm not into trance, but one thing you should do is look around the web for some new drum samples.
You'll notice that your songs will improve when you have the right drums, and spend more time sequencing them.

yeah i do need some more drum samples I'm only using the FL studio demo at the moment cus I'm a poor bastard and I don't know if I can get additional stuff for the demo but whatev I'm just doing this for fun! :)

I didn't like the synth that came in around 1:10 that was supposed to lead up to something. Otherwise a good feelin track.
Check out some of my latest beats if you will man. I love Drumnbass, but I haven't been able to produce it very well, so for now I've only got hip hop beats for show, hopefully you're down for that.

true story on the mic, this was an old recording with a usb mic and no real effects on it. i lost the instrumental so i wouldnt be able to redo it. ill look for it. thanks for the review!
